Review: Behind the windows by Dheeraj Chauhan

Just finished reading this collection of short stories "Behind the windows" by Dheeraj Chauhan. There are 15 short stories and they are all a pleasure to read. The characters are mainly of the 25-35 age group, but the stories will appeal to almost all age groups. Each story has a twist or a surprise and that's what makes this collection an interesting read. You almost race to the end of each story and are fully engrossed. When you finish one story, you are looking forward to reading the next one.
The language is simple and there is no unnecessary verbiage. That said, there are couple of stories that ended abruptly and should probably have been kept out of this collection. This is a great first effort from a budding author and I am looking forward to the next in series.

Disclaimer: the author is my college mate.
