1. C/C++, 3-5 yrs experience person from premier institute (e.g. IIT/REC/DCE/DIT) preferably with networking background. Must be sharp and passionate about building systems.
2. QA - white box tester 3-5 years experience. Must have networking background. Must have scripting experience.
